It is Not Safe for You, Your Dog or Us!

I am talking to you. You know who you are.  You think oh how cute it will be to take my dog to the pet supply store with me.  Which in and of it self is not the problem!  The problem arises when:

Dog owner has no control over animal
Dog owner doesn't care
Dog is mean and uncontrollable yet you refuse to realize this!

If your dog walks you, leaps out of your arms, or growls for any eye contact or proximity breech of your personal space DO NOT BRING THEM TO THE PET SMART<>

We had an incident here recently where a woman was walking her rather large dog through a pet supply store. The dog outweighed her by quiet a bit!   Unfortunately they walked past another small lady with a small dog and big doggy decided he looked like  a good snack!   small doggy needed immediate surgery, and both women needed treatment for injuries suffered!

If you do not have firm control over your dog, do not bring them in public!

Oh and feel free to insert kid for dog in that last sentence!   LMAO (J/J Don't blow a gasket!)

Really? Who would pay that?

I was watching a news report on the new Cowboys football stadium the other day and nearly fell on the floor!   I 've heard all he reports about the costs of seats, the project costs, etc, etc... But one news report the other day stated that parking would be....are you ready.....$40!  ACH!  WHAT?  I mean even if they  had won the superbowl last year, or any of the last 5 years I wouldn't pay that...but they haven't even been to the superbowl since 1996!   13 YEARS!   And they want to charge $40 just to grace their parking lot?!

Are other pro teams this ridiculous?

I personally think everyone should boycott this!  And I don't usually jump on the boycott wagon!

MOVE YOUR BLOOMIN ARSE

Doesn't it make you crazy when your driving through a parking lot and you slow to let people cross and they don't pick up the speed a little.  You know the scene...you wave them on across and the step out in front of you and walk at the speed of a s-n-a-i-l.    I know some people have problems, and I'm not talking about little old ladies here. I'm talking about perfectly capable young ...RUDE...people!  It's enough to make me want to roll down the window and yell like Eliza Doolittle did at Ascot in My Fair Lady and yell "...move your bloomin arse!"

IT AINT THE MAJORS-IT'S NOT EVEN LITTLE LEAGUE!

I love baseball! Happy Hubby loves baseball!  Punkalicious loves baseball and even Princesca loves it! (She already plays better than punk...shhhh)   My problem is, Punkalicious is only in Tball.  This is the time for him to learn!   Well we have a coach this year that obviously knows how to teach his son to play, but hasn't come through for all the other kids!

That ticks me off enough, I wouldn't mind if we were losing as long as my kid was learning!   But our coach has 2 boys on the team and they always play pitcher and 1st base.  That's cool I can live with that, but MAKE THEM PLAY THEIR POSITIONS!   NOT ALL THE POSITIONS!

His pitcher kid runs the ball down all over!   And yes most of the time he makes the play, but at the cost of the other players!   He even screws up buy running over the other kids or fighting with them for the ball!

Yes your kid is good.  But mine goes to coach pitch next year too and he will not have a chance of being any better because of you and your kids Major league ego!

Hey buddy IT AINT THE MAJORS!  IT AINT EVEN LITTLE LEAGUE! Do your job and teach ALL the kids how to play. And teach your pitcher kid some sportsmanship!

I Can't Hear You!

I love to get pedicures!   I don't even mind so much that I have to decipher what the tech is saying to me!   But when you have the TV blaring a soap opera, the radio blaring the latest diva screeching, and a TV in the break room blaring Vietnamese soap operas don't expect me to be able to hear you much less understand you!

Have a great weekend!

Writer's Block... what a great way to kick it off!

So for months now I have had all these ideas to write about and thought... "hey I'll start a blog!" So I finally sit down tonight and create my URLl..yada, yada, yada... well now I sit here with nothing to say!  Really?  What's up with that?  I mean I knew I would never be a writer, but people are always saying to me "you should write a blog you say the funniest stuff".    So, since nothing else comes to mind I guess I'll just start off by introducing myself.

I am a happy for the most part, but easily irritated!   I try not to be, but I think it's just me!   I have never been that bubbly person, I 'm not unhappy, just really easy going, adaptable, but people and things get under my skin!   I know it's irrational so I mostly keep it to myself!  So this is hopefully a therapeutic outlet!

You see I have a 6 year old boy.   For this venue we will just call him Punkalicious. (And yes I mean that in the most endearing of ways!)  And a 3 year old girl, we'll call her Princesca. And it seems that these minions have picked up on my most sarcastic traits!   This pains me greatly!   I see them developing the traits I have worked so hard to leave behind, but obviously failed miserably!

I know... some of you are saying, "why do you want to loose your sarcasm, it can be a virtue."   Yeah I know, but you see I am married-10 years now- to a wonderful but very rarely irritated man!   He makes me want to be a better person.   We are so different!   He is very happy go lucky (that brings up a good moniker for him-Happy Hubby).   He doesn't in the least understand unhappy people, moody teenagers, letting people irritate you, etc etc....   But you see having grown up with some of these in my family,  being one of these in my teenage years and most of all having been a paramedic and ER nurse for a number of years I don't get how he grew up so happy and un-bothered(Is that a word?)!     When I told him I was going to write a blog about people and things that irritate me he said  " if so many things irritate someone that you can write a blog about it then something is wrong!"  I shot him THE LOOK...and he said "the first thing your going to blog about is me isn't it?" Uh-YEAH!

Well I guess that enough for now.   I hope this gives me an outlet to vent my irritations and observations while entertaining you.

Thanks for reading!
